Some stuffs..

1. Yeah! My lense came on Tuesday! Now, if I just knew how to use it! LOL
2. Went to the dermatologist Tuesday, who knew a chunk out of your chest could HURT so bad! (sorry for the queasy>cause that would be me too)
3. Today is pre-school open house. I have one that wants to go and one that doesn't. I know the one who doesn't might miss his mommy's exciting company HA HA. Who told me this... "MOMMY, I LOVE YOU ALL THE WAY UP TO HEAVEN." Yes. Eternity. Made my heart melt. I think he gets it. He is the one at 4 years old during Easter service who asked my mother-in-law during the alter call why all the people were going up front? Then she explained it, and he turned and whispered that he didn't need to go up front because he ALREADY had Jesus in his heart.
4. Last week when R was traveling he wrote T W T on our chalkboard so C would know when he   was coming home. And the sweetest thing was..each day C would circle the day when it was over.

I am one happy girl. And I can't wait until Wednesday. Because I will have this in my hands! I think I will be stalking the ups man:)

Happy Birthday Daddy!

45 minutes

That is how long it took me to get through the Dunkin' Donuts drive thru line this morning. They had their grand opening yesterday and I meant to take the kids but I forgot all about it! So last night I told them we could go in the morning. It took me 45 minutes in the drive thru and that is with about 4 or 5 people pulling out of the line. It is located at the end of a strip mall...and the cars wrapped all the way around the strip mall. I am sure the businesses located there are thrilled. Oh- yeah and the line was well out the door and down three businesses for inside service. Once I got to the cashier I was trying to count the number of people working their...About 20 I think. That is customer service. Even if it took me that long to get through the line..(I say this because I was not going to be late for work). My work was in the back seat watching the men take out carts of empty donuts only to take fresh off of the truck and bring them inside. I will tell you that my coffee was definitely worth the wait! When we lived in Florida before Starbucks started popping up everywhere..this was our coffee of choice:) Happy Thursday!  Blessings.

Referee

See these two? It's a love/dislike relationship right now. And I don't know how to fix it or if I should just let them work it out. I think at this point they just want to get a rise out of each other. Why is it so much more interesting when someone else is doing it? ie. your brother? They both want to be able to do their own thing but yet they want to do it in the same room. I've tried letting them have "room time" and within 60 seconds they are right back together. We are headed to Barnes and Noble and I am going to get re-aquainted with Dr. Leman. Certainly he must have some suggestions. The funnier thing is they can't live without each other when one of them is gone. Perhaps this is all normal. I just want to make sure I am doing the right things to cultivate their relationship together so that they will grow up and respect each other. I am told that this sibling "thing" (whatever it may be) lasts throughout childhood..Especially when they are close together like mine. I think I want them to be able to share better too. If one is putting the clothes in the dryer...it is okay to have the other help without pushing the other away.  Please tell me that others have experienced this too!

And look at this precious baby. Oh my. Can you believe how big she is getting? I wish they lived next door. So I could babysit. And spoil her. I will be her favorite Auntie:) We've already talked about it. Yeah. We bonded for like almost three weeks. She told me that I was her favorite:) Love this baby.

Circles

I love this quote. I just found it a couple of weeks ago on a yahoo group I am in called Redeeming my Season. It was on, one of the girl's signature and I couldn't resist copying it:)

Circles. That is what I have been doing with my time. Running in circles. I have a list a mile long..actually I have several lists...of "projects" I want to accomplish. And I like to start projects and not finish them and then get excited about another one and move onto to that...you get the idea. But lately I am trying to finish some things I've wanted finished for a while. I have wanted to get a rug for the bonus room and I finally found the one I want...but it is a little more than I want to pay for it considering who knows what it could look like in a year considering the room we are putting it in..I let the kids have snacks in our bonus room, we paint in here and do other craft projects... Wanna see it? I am hoping I can find it on sale somewhere:)

We are in the market for a new SUV something with 7-9 seats...Does anyone drive an SUV they love or are there any that we should stay away from? We are going to start test driving some so we can narrow it down! I have a friend and her hubby works for GMC so if we like any in that family we can get a discount:) So sweet of her.

  A few days ago we made pasta necklaces for Allie...Christian help paint too... We used Heidi Swapp paint and it worked great! See how far my scrapbook shopping can stretch? HA!! ARen't you glad I'm not your kids art teacher? I did do something clever with the plates they painted...But I need to wait to get a picture first:)

Temporary Insanity

 

AMERICAN IDOL ROCKED!

Hair clips, Allie decor, Ribbon jump ropes

Look at me. I was trying to be crafty today. Allie needed a bow or barret for her hair but I couldn't find the right color of pink. That is when I decided to take apart her purple bows (because she doesn't wear purple that often) and make her a bow...because, well, let's just say I have "some" ribbon. So after realizing that hey...I can't make a bow. At least not a bow that would look cute on my daughter. I even searched on-line for bow making. Nada. But I could buy a hard copy of directions from a mom for 39.95. That is when I decided that, yes, I am fine buying bows. But I looked over and saw my jar of flowers and thought...hey I can glue. Yes. I know how to glue. And she was super happy to have a flower in her hair. I put all the flowers together with the cute makingmemories flower brad.

My biggest kid (hubby) is not feeling well. And when he actually admits it, I know he's not feeling well. And when he goes to the dr....well that's when I start to panic. So if you don't mind putting him in your prayers, I would really appreciate that! (and so would he.) The good part of this is that when I put him, A, and C all down for a nap, I headed out to Hobby Lobby and Publix. By myself. During the day, in the middle of the week:) I bought some cute stuffs for Allie's room. They make a memo board that has fabric on it, but it is really magnetic. And it was 50% off. & I found a canvas that said Princess. A was sooooooo happy. Even when she went to bed tonight she pointed to her new stuff and was so pleased:) This week since it is too hot to go outside, I taught C how to jump rope in the bonus room. And since he didn't have a jump rope I used some of my ribbon...... can you believe all the uses of ribbon?...boy, am I getting my money's worth!  Now he wants all of us to jump rope, pretty much all the time. Did you know Publix carries jump ropes? Just another reason to {{{heart}}} Publix.

Alrighty I must get some rest! Tomorrow night is American Idol:) Blessings!

A Bazillion Degrees...

I really can't believe it, but next month my baby is going to be THREE. I really still think of her as the baby because she is the youngest. And looking at this picture she looks so grown up. Nothing about her resembles a baby. I might be sad about this. Both of my "babies" will go to pre-school in the fall. I don't know how I feel about that either. Will I feel lost? Will I spend most of my time at the school? Will I grocery shop-all-by-myself? Will I wonder if they miss me?

Ok- now. IT- IS -A -BAZILLION- DEGREES -HERE. wE hAvE haD wARNinGS tO STAY iNDooRS. Check on neighbors. And the elderly. What is up with that? How do people survive in Arizona? So in honor of staying cool....here are some pool pics! Blessings for a fab rest of the week!
