I am bitter at typepad right now. I had this {{great}} {{enlighting}} ((fabulous}} {{funny}} post with lots of Christmas-ie pictures and typepad ate it. All of it. Must have been hungry. Blessings!

Here is a super yummy treat to make for the holidays! And super easy. After coating with white chocolate you can roll in red and green sugar. Blessings!

Santa, Baby:)

This picture was luck. We met up with R last week for lunch at Cheesecake Factory. After the kids and I did some shopping at the mall. A wanted to wave at Santa and C was definitely up for seeing him. Allie made it clear she did NOT want to sit on his lap. No problem. We would just say hi and be on our way. Get this.. there was one person in line. ONE PERSON. so we watched them get their picture taken and talked about Santa and I answered the million Santa questions.  A said she would sit on his lap if I would go too:) Fine. We'll just get one for daddy. Cause really, Gigi doesn't want a picture of me with Santa. C & A with Santa, yes. So I go up and put C up on his lap and then I put A up there. Then I tell A to tell Santa what she wants for Christmas. AND then I walk over to the camera. And guess what? No crying. No sad faces. And well. I am a pleased as pie  to have an UNPLANNED picture of my kiddos on Santas lap.  And I am the sucker who buys the whole package:)  (oh- I promise the layout is straight in real life:) my scanner however does not think so! Cookie Exchange:)

Went to a super fun cookie exchange this weekend at Ambers :0} I made gingerbread men with Rob's great grandmothers recipe. They were fun to make.........but I realized after decorating like ten of them that I really need to keep my day job! That is when I did a little begging for hubby to help me. I really do like the process of fun things, it's just I REALLY, REALLY like the end product:)  I need to finish uploading the rest of the pictures of the party and then I will post more tomorrow. (oooooooohhhh, I guess it is tomorrow, thus the reason I will post the rest later;) blessings, from a tired K

Christmas Card Holder

Gotta love Joann's. I bought this Christmas Card Holder a couple of weeks ago. I thought it would be nice and festive looking. I didn't love the papers it came with so I semi- covered them in brighter colors.  These are some of last year's cards:)  Did  you all see Tia's Button tree she made in the garden? So cute. I have a lot of buttons so I thought, no problem. I am on button and pin like 5,345,987:) But I will say it is mighty cute! I hope to post some pictures later since the fam has been asking:) Blessings!
